ECS Beauty Studio reserves an appointment time exclusively for you, please take a moment to review our policies. 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. Please gives us a call or send a message letting us know you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

 

  • Cancelling with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the service price.

 

  • Failure to Show to your appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the service price. 

Tardiness Policy

  • You are given a 15 minutes grace period to arrive to your appointments. Any tardiness outside this grace period puts your appointment at risk.

 

  •  If you anticipate that you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full.

 

  • After 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged the same day cancellation fee.
